Background: Budweiser recently introduced their Discovery Reserve, the newest addition to the Budweiser family. The latest lager was brewed to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the worlds first steps on the moon, and the Apollo 11 moon missions. “With a taste inspired by an archival recipe from that time in history, this American red lager features a light hoppy aroma with a toasted Voyager barley malt, a hint of toffee, a sharp finish, and a reddish color to represent the next frontier - Mars.”

The Mission: As content marketing becomes a key component of customer engagement, DS Projects was brought on to extend the reach of the product launch, and create a unique prospective for the reputable Reserve collection.

The Content: Our team helped transform the Budweiser Reserve bottle into Apollo 11 itself. Capturing the short-necked vintage bottle soaring through the sky was made possible by creator, Erick Hercules, using an advanced method of photography. The final experience resulted into a digital campaign by producing and posting an engaging story of visual content for @BudweiserUSA’s Instagram Stories and future promotion on Budweiser’s social accounts.
