Governors Ball Music Festival
Background: The Governors Ball Music Festival is an annual festival held in New York City attended by 150,000 people. This year's three-day event was headlined by Travis Scott, Jack White & Eminem.
The Mission: With our deep understanding of the importance of telling a strong visual story, DS Projects was brought on to manage the production of creative content. Using a team of 20 photographers and videographers, we were tasked to capture the entire scope of the festival, including the music, sponsorships (including Bacardi, DIRECTV, Don Julio, Honda, Red Bull, M&Ms and Tito's Vodka), energy, and overall aesthetic of the festival.
Accomplished: Our team delivered a compelling content warehouse of over 1,000 images and engaging videos that captured every aspect of the festival including the tone and vibe. As our content is carefully organized for Governors Ball, it can be used for their website, social and paid media channels. This content was also amplified throughout the weekend on each of the creator's personal social media channels, totaling 4 million impressions over the course of the festival.
